Terms of Service

By accessing or using pamperedpawsclub.ca ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products and pricing

We do our best to display product details accurately, but colors and sizes may vary slightly from the photos. All prices are in CAD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Orders and payments

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — logos, photos, copy, designs — is owned by or licensed to Pampered Paws Club and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.

6. User content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for marketing and product display.

7. Pet safety

Products are tools, not substitutes for supervision. Always supervise your pet when using new products and contact a veterinarian for health-related issues.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pampered Paws Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our products.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Pampered Paws Club operates.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
