Pampered Paws Club — 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If your pet ignores the product, or it doesn't work as described, we will refund you. We'd rather lose a sale than lose your trust.
Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
How to start a return
- Email hello@pamperedpawsclub.ca with your order number and a short reason.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with next steps.
- For defective items: keep the product or dispose of it as you wish — no return shipping needed. We refund the full amount.
- For "didn't work for my pet" returns: you'll need to ship it back at your cost. We refund on receipt.
What's not refundable
- Items damaged by the pet (chewed, broken from misuse)
- Used consumables (catnip, treats, dental gel)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
How refunds are paid
To the original payment method. Most refunds clear in 5–10 business days after we receive the return (or immediately for defective-item refunds).
Damaged or lost packages
Email us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund — no return required.
