Where we ship
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. Select international destinations are available at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships.
Delivery times
- Canada & US Standard: 7–15 business days
- Express (where available): 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days, depending on destination
Delivery times begin the day the order ships, not the day it's placed.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over CA$50.
- Orders under CA$50: flat CA$4.95 standard shipping in Canada and the US.
- Express and international rates calculated at checkout.
Customs and duties
International orders may incur customs duties or import fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, or it's been more than 20 business days since shipping, email hello@pamperedpawsclub.ca. We'll investigate and replace or refund.
Wrong address?
Email us within 1 hour of ordering and we can usually catch it before it ships. After that, we can't change the destination.
