Shipping & Orders
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is 7–15 business days. Express options (where available) take 3–7 business days. You'll get tracking as soon as your order ships — usually within 1–2 business days of ordering.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently ship across Canada and the US, with select international destinations available at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you can't find it, check spam, or email us at hello@pamperedpaws.club with your order number.
Why does shipping take longer than Amazon?
We ship direct from the maker, which keeps prices down but adds a few days. We'd rather pass the savings to you than charge Amazon prices to compete on speed.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your pet ignores the product or it doesn't work as described, we'll refund you. Details on our Refunds page.
Do I have to pay return shipping?
For defective items: no, we cover it. For "my pet didn't like it" returns: yes, return shipping is on you.
Products & Sizing
How do I pick the right size?
Every product page has a sizing guide based on the relevant measurement (chest, neck, weight, paw width). When in doubt, size up.
Will this work for my pet?
Email us with your pet's breed, age, and what you're trying to solve. We'll tell you honestly if the product is right for them.
Are products safe?
Yes. All our materials are BPA-free, non-toxic, and pet-safe. Anything that goes near food is food-grade silicone or stainless steel.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is handled by Shopify Payments — the same processor used by millions of stores. We never see or store your card details.
