We're a small team and we read every single message. The fastest way to get help is email — we typically respond within 24 hours, and almost always within 12.
For order issues, sizing help, product questions, returns, or anything else, just drop us a line. Include your order number if you have one — it speeds things up.
Common requests, faster answers
- Where's my order? Check your order confirmation email for tracking. Still stuck? Email us with your order number.
- Sizing help. Tell us your pet's weight and the measurement asked for on the product page. We'll match you to the right size.
- Returns and refunds. See our Refunds page — most issues are sorted in under 5 minutes.
- Wholesale or partnership. Email us with "Wholesale" in the subject line.
Hours
We answer emails Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm EST. Weekend messages get a reply first thing Monday.
