We started Pampered Paws Club because pet stuff is a mess.

Walk into any big-box pet store and you'll find 40 versions of the same slow feeder. Half of them are flimsy, a third don't actually slow your dog down, and none of them tell you which one is the right call for your pet. That's the problem we set out to fix.

What we believe

• Products should solve a real problem. Not be a clever invention looking for a use case. Every single thing in our store earns its spot by fixing a specific pet-parent headache.
• Honesty over hype. If a product won't work for your pet, we'll tell you. We'd rather lose one sale than lose your trust.
• Spoiled pets are happy pets. There's no shame in spending on the things that make your dog and cat's life better. They're family.

Who we are

We're a small, pet-obsessed team based in Canada. Between us we have three dogs, four cats, and an alarming number of squeaky toys lying around. Every product on this site has been tested by at least one of those animals before it gets near your cart.
